Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

NuWave Technolgies, Inc. shipping terms are FOB EXW (exworks, supplier).

Since we ship FOB EXW, we loose control of and are not responsible for the shipment once it is picked up by the carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc) at Location. The customer is responsible for paying for the goods once they are picked up by the carrier.

Our standard policy is to declare a value for insurance with the carrier for packages shipped to our customers.

The default method of shipment is UPS Ground.

Shipping charges will be Pre-Paid and added to the customer’s invoice unless customer specifies a carrier account number.

NuWave Technologies, Inc. makes no representations, extends no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and assumes no responsibilities whatsoever with respect to couriers services relating to shipments.  Customer will hold NuWave Technologies, Inc. harmless against all liabilities, demands, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of lost or damaged shipments.
